Pixel Self Portrait
Recently I've been fascinated by pixel art and have been practicing pixel art illustrations. After watching a tutorial discussing how to use hue shifting in pixel art I felt like making a colorful illustration. While looking for a good reference image, I found this photo of me and decided I could practice drawing faces too while I was at it.
Happy Couple
A commissioned portrait made for friends of my sister. Pictured are the couple, their first cat, and their current cats.  I'm proud of how this drawing turned out and the couple love it too. I drew this in photoshop and experimented with my usual style to make it more realistic.
Hargoel, Slater, and Calynn
I often find myself returning to doodling this trio. One day I hope to make a comic featuring them as main characters, but for now I use them to practice drawing outfits and scenes with multiple characters interacting. Recently I've been practicing writing  and solidifying each character's personality by writing the captions for scenes from their perspective.
Angela's Adventures in Hell
Angela's Adventures in Hell are a series of drawings where I explore the culture, ecology, and environment of my version of Hell through the perspective of my character Angela. Angela is an un-demon like demon and she is exploring Hell to find where she belongs. Unfortunately for her, she often runs into dangerous situations (it is Hell after all). I find this series fun to return to in order to practice environmental story telling.
